Welcome to FitX - AI Fitness & Diet Plan ("FitX", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the FitX mobile application ("App") or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). 1. Overview
FitX offers personalized fitness and diet plans through artificial intelligence, tailored to each user’s preferences, goals, and health data. Our Services are provided for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

- Hacking, modifying, or reverse-engineering our app.

5. Health Disclaimer
The fitness and meal plans provided by FitX are based on information you provide and general guidelines from health experts. However, they are not a substitute for professional medical advice or diagnosis. Always consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program or making significant dietary changes.
6. Subscription and Payment
FitX offers premium features through in-app purchases. By subscribing to our premium plan:
- You agree to pay the subscription fee as listed in the app.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple or Google account settings.

7. Free Trials
FitX may offer a free trial for premium services. If not canceled, your free trial will convert into a paid subscription, and the applicable fee will be charged. You may cancel your free trial at any time before the trial period ends.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services if you violate these Terms, without prior notice. You may also terminate your account by contacting us at support@myfitx.app.

10. Data Security
We take security seriously and implement appropriate measures to protect your data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure. You agree that any data transmitted via the Services is at your own risk.

All content provided in the FitX app, including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, are the property of Corange Lab LLP or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitX and Corange Lab LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use arising from your use of our Services.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold FitX and Corange Lab LLP harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration will take place in Surat, Gujarat, and the language of arbitration will be English.
